Just Sweet Things is a passion project founded on the beautiful and artistic concept of love letters. Despite the digital age, the charm of receiving a unique and poetic note still holds true. My goal is to relieve you of the pressure in writing, so you can have a picture-perfect moment. Even if you prefer to create your own arrangements, on my blog we offer something for everyone, including experienced artists, or curious readers.
Many crafters enjoy collecting writing utensils and stationery, but we’re often hesitant to use them. That’s where my blog comes in – I want to provide a solution to this creative block with tutorials on everything
from carefully chosen materials to poetic details. These gifts are made with care, consideration, and are meant to be cherished by your loved ones for years to come. I wish to be a part of your gift-giving
legacy and inspire you with the love for sentimental value.
The Owner
Hi, My Name is Lilian Damascus, and I am the sole operator and business owner. Independently I conduct %100 of Just Sweet Things’ planning, site-building, customer service, and product design. To shop with me is to support
an African American artist, with a disability, and great ambitions.
I would describe myself as a selfless, but diligent, and shy type of introvert. I love to help others and reach out to real people in the most sincere
ways that I can.
From childhood I was raised in Detroit, Michigan where I graduated from Renaissance High School in 2018, soon after moving back to Gainesville, Florida where I was born. Growing up under my lawyer grandmothers care placed a heavy significance on education, I was an academic, I did community theater, and even sports. In the future college will be able to fit into my life after raising the funds, as well as discovering whatβs truly important to me, going back to school is an absolute goal of mine.
Company Values
Just Sweet Things is a sustainable producer with an environmentally friendly system that has shallow waste. I am committed to minimizing carbon emissions as our sales rates grow and our paper usage
increases. My long-term goal is to give back to the earth by healing the forest.
Vegan friendly, and gluten free options are coming so that people like me have nice variety. We live in a non-vegan and highly wasteful world, itβs important to negate that as much as possible.
Mission
βTo honor the traditions of sentimental gift givingβ
